Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate service procedures and staff planning
• Receive bookings, manage payments and write invoices
• Reading our customers' wishes from their lips
• Take orders from the restaurant at lunchtime
• Decoration of the meeting rooms
• Office organisation and communication

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a hotel clerk or other commercial training

Landhaus Lellichow ist ein traditionelles Restaurant mit einem kreativen Küchenteam, das regionale und saisonale Speisen anbietet. AUFGABEN:
Kennenlernen aller Bereiche der Küche, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Ausgabe der Gerichte
Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Speisen und Menüs unter Anleitung erfahrener Köche
Aneignung verschiedener Kochtechniken und -methoden
Mithilfe bei der Warenannahme, Lagerung und Qualitätskontrolle frischer Zutaten
Beitrag zur Sauberkeit und Organisation in der Küche

PROFIL:
Erfolgreicher Schulabschluss (mindestens Hauptschule) sowie Interesse an der Gastronomie
Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für hochwertige Zutaten
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
Begeisterung für den Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
